Sir Walter Turf has been one of PBC’s most popular turf varieties we have sold for many years, why, well its hardy, it can repair itself as it sends out its own runners that cleverly send roots down into the soil and spreads vigorously when healthy. 

 Sir Walter has a broad leaf, deep green in colour which is soft to the touch and simply beautiful all year round. Its high weed resistance, allows for simple, low maintenance. 

It has incredible shade tolerant requiring less sunlight hours than most other varieties.

Sir Walter is also drought tolerant, which is perfect for our South East Queensland climate.

Deliveries are available to site the next day if ordered by 9am – turf would be delivered to your address unloaded by forklift and placed as close to your prepared site as possible.

Remember to order our quality under turf soil – you should have at least 100mm of good soil for your turf to look its best for years to come
